Suppose you overhead someone bragging about having committed a crime. Maybe you know someone who is a fugitive, is driving a stolen car, or has killed, raped or beaten up someone. Do you know a robber, burglar or drug dealer.  Perhaps you witnessed something that didn’t look right, a strange car, a person acting sneaky, a person with a gun or knife or other lethal weapon.
